nitka

nitka is where I bring structure to everything else — designing methodologies, running education programmes, and managing and evaluating projects for organisations that need someone to see them through from idea to proof.

i coordinated fashion revolution slovakia, part of the global movement pushing for a cleaner, more transparent fashion industry. that work led me to co-found RecyCOOL Academy, an educational platform teaching young people about fashion's impact on people and planet — lessons, games, and hands-on programmes like Imperfections, where participants remake their own clothes and stage their own fashion show.

as an educator I design and run summer camps and workshops on fashion, sustainability and non-formal education, including regularly at ŽiTo v Sýpke in Moravské Lieskové. I build a curriculum the same way I build a collection — piece by piece, tested on real people.

as a project manager I lead nitka's programmes end to end, with funding from Erasmus+, the International Visegrad Fund and others — proposal, delivery, and evaluation. a good project, to me, isn't the one with the best idea. it's the one that gets evaluated honestly and improved.

need a workshop, a summer camp, a project managed or evaluated, or a consultation on non-formal education? get in touch — I'd like to hear what you're building.
